I would definitely suggest that you have a teacher from a “formal” classroom setting write your Teacher of Choice recommendation; we are truly interested in getting that perspective from those recommendations. However, please feel free to have your L/I Tech Director write you an additional letter! While we don’t want 10 additional recommendations from applicants, an extra letter here or there - especially one that will provide a different perspective than your two classroom teachers - are always appreciated.
Hope that clears things up a bit! ![]()

I have been part of a Leadership/Information Technology organization for over 5 years now, and the Director of the program knows me very well, both as a person and academically. Is it possible for me to use him as a source of recommendation, or would I need to use someone else who has taught me in a formal classroom environment?
Thanks!
